The site incorporates an extant Night Officer's Cottage at No. 70A, the site of a former Station Master's Cottage at No. 70 and the site of a third railway cottage within Woodford memorial Park. These sites and the Night Officer's cottage will be directly impacted by the RTA's proposal to widen the Great Western Highway and install a lay-by and toilet block.
