Assessed the impact of a subdivide of the lot of 115A Kurraba Road, Kurraba Point, the location for the re-erection of the Once Upon a Time residence after it was moved from Potts Point.

There would be no adverse impacts on views to, from or within the heritage item. The subdivision would be a cadastral boudary adjustment only, and would retain an adequate setting/context for the heritage item.
