The object of this Heritage Impact Statement is to assess the impact on the heritage qualities on the Beecroft - Cheltenham Conservation Area, of the following works: Repairing and reconstructing the brick and wrought iron fence to the Sutherland Road and Wandeen Avenue frontages; Part replacement of the brick boundary wall addressing Sutherland Road and the replacement of the carport at No. 1 Wandeen Avenue, Beecroft.
